Recently I visited Six Flags Wild Safari with my wife and my son, which is located in southern New Jersey and is about 205 mile from Albany. We had good experience.

The Wild Safari is in around 350 acres and has many kinds of animals like Brown Bears, Giraffes, Zebras, Yak, Elephants, Rhinoceros, Lions, Tigers, Kagroos etc., It is one way in the middle of the safari and just drive your car.

It was so thrilling when Giraffe eating leaves on my car and Ostrich hitting car with its sharp mouth. We saw bears also very closely.  It took us about 2 hours to finish the safari. It is good experience for the kids. It is worth driving if combine with some other activity in that area. There is adventure park next to it and it has very high roller coaster.

I am not sure how you were able to control yourself when a ostrich is punching your car. I would for sure come out of the car and kill it. BTW as per Jon/Gabe, Ostrich tastes good. Some how we all end up concluding the topic with food. Nice one dude, photos would have been even better.
